We measure your STL directly in your browser — its volume, surface area and dimensions — then estimate how much filament the part will consume and how long the printer will be occupied. The price is the filament used (from 3 EGP per gram) plus machine time at 5 EGP per hour. Nothing is uploaded before you see the price.

Pricing
For PCBs, yes — board area and quantity give an exact figure. For 3D printing it is an estimate. We calculate weight and time from your model's geometry, not from an actual slice, so the final price can move slightly once the part is really printed and weighed. We always confirm before starting, and we will never charge more without telling you first.
Yes, on PCBs. Discounts start at 10 boards and reach 25% at 100 or more. The discount applies to the whole board price including tinning and soldermask, and is shown live as you change the quantity.
3D Printing
For a visual model or prototype, PLA — it's cheapest and gives the best detail. For a functional part that carries load or sits outdoors, PETG. For real heat, ABS. For anything that must bend or grip, TPU. Our materials guide compares all seven with heat resistance and typical uses.
We accept .stl files up to 50 MB, in either binary or ASCII form. Almost every CAD package can export STL — in Fusion 360, SolidWorks or Tinkercad it's under File then Export. If your model is larger than 50 MB, message us on WhatsApp and we'll arrange it.
Our build volume is 320 × 320 × 385 mm. If your model exceeds that, the quote page warns you automatically. Larger parts are usually still possible by splitting them into sections and joining them afterwards — send us the file and we'll advise.
They set layer height, infill and wall count together. Draft uses thick 0.28 mm layers — fastest and cheapest, with visible layer lines, good for checking fit. Standard at 0.20 mm is our default and suits most work. Fine at 0.12 mm gives the smoothest surface and finest detail but takes considerably longer, which is reflected in the price.
PCB
Send the complete export as a .zip, up to 30 MB — copper layers, soldermask, silkscreen, board outline and the drill file. Send everything your CAD tool produces rather than picking files out; missing the soldermask or silkscreen means we can't show you an accurate preview. We read the board outline and layer count automatically, and the preview shows exactly what we received.
Single and double-sided boards on FR4, with HASL tinning included on every board at 50 EGP. Soldermask is optional and comes in green, red, black, white, yellow or clear varnish, all at the same price. For boards larger than 400 mm on a side, or with more than two layers, contact us for a custom quote.
The online price covers manufacturing the bare board only — it does not include components or assembly. If you need boards populated, message us with your BOM and we'll quote that separately.
Ordering & Delivery
Typically 1–2 days for 3D printing and 2–4 days for PCBs, measured from when payment is confirmed. Large or complex jobs take longer. These are estimates — we confirm an exact date when we contact you about your order.
No payment is taken on the website. You submit your order as a quote request, we confirm the price, and then you pay by InstaPay, Vodafone Cash, Cash on Delivery. Vodafone Cash and cash on delivery carry a 1% fee, which is shown before you submit.
We currently deliver to Cairo, Giza, Al-Qalyubia, with Alexandria coming soon, and local pickup is always available. Shipping is quoted separately once we know your address and the package size, so it is not included in the price you see online.
Yes. Pricing happens entirely inside your own browser, so nothing leaves your device while you're just checking a price. Your file is uploaded when you add the item to your cart, and from then on we hold it securely in private storage that only we can open — it is never public, never shared, and never published. We keep it because we need it to actually make your part; you don't have to send anything again.
