About us

Built in Egypt,
priced in the open.

Hawk 3D Vision is an online manufacturing workshop in Egypt. Upload an STL or a set of Gerbers and the price appears immediately — no form to fill in, no waiting a day for someone to email you a number.

We do three things: 3D printing, PCB manufacturing, and the design work that comes before either of them. Most customers arrive with a file. Some arrive with a sketch, a photograph, or a broken part and a rough idea — that is what the design service is for.

Why we started

We are both mechatronics engineers, and we graduated into what a lot of Egyptian engineers graduate into: the jobs are not there. The production industry we wanted to work in turned out to be scattered and hard to read. Getting a single part made meant driving between workshops on opposite sides of the city, and at the end of it you still could not tell whether the price you had been quoted was the price the work should cost.

That gap is the whole problem. If you do not already know how something is manufactured, you cannot judge what it should cost — and that is an easy thing for someone to take advantage of.

So in 2025 we started Hawk 3D Vision with one 3D printer and one rule: the know-how is our problem, not yours. You should be able to say what you want made and find out what it costs, without first having to learn how it is made.

A year on, we manufacture circuit boards as well as printed parts. There is no shopfront to visit, and that is deliberate — everything runs online and arrives at your door, so you are not spending days and fuel going factory to factory to get one thing built. This site is the rest of that idea: your file, your price, straight away, with nothing held back behind a phone call.

The two of us
  • Ibrahim Adel

    Co-founder · Mechatronics Engineer

  • Mohamed Yasser

    Co-founder · Mechatronics Engineer

We work across everything together rather than dividing the shop into separate territories — the same two people quote your job, make it, and answer when you ask about it.

What we make

3D Printing

FDM printing priced from the actual volume of your model, not a guess at its size.

  • 7 filaments, from 3 EGP per gram — including carbon-fibre reinforced and flexible TPU.
  • 3 quality presets, so you can trade finish against cost and speed.
  • STL files up to 50 MB, previewed in 3D in your browser before you order.
  • Typically ready in 1–2 days.

PCB Manufacturing

Single and double sided boards, priced by area from your Gerbers and rendered so you can check them first.

  • 1 and 2 layer boards at 2.4 and 3.1 EGP per cm².
  • HASL tinning on every board as standard — never an upsell.
  • 6 soldermask finishes, including clear varnish.
  • Boards from 5 mm to 400 mm a side. Loose Gerbers are fine — you do not have to zip them.
  • Typically ready in 2–4 days.

Design & Firmware

For when there is no file yet — or the file needs someone to finish it.

  • CAD modelling at 150 EGP/hour, from a sketch, a photo or a physical part.
  • PCB schematic and layout at 100 EGP/hour, capped at 500 EGP — the cap is ours to absorb, not yours.
  • Microcontroller firmware at 150 EGP/hour.
  • Not sure which of these you need? Describe the job and we will quote it as one piece of work.

What we make it on

The printers

  • Bambu Lab A1 Combo — multi-colour, and the machine most single-part orders run on.
  • Creality K1 Max — a large build volume, also multi-colour, for tall or wide parts.
  • Elegoo Neptune 4 Plus — runs alongside the others so a batch is not queued behind one job.

The board process

  • Boards are etched in-house, then soldermask is applied where it is wanted and the board is tinned.
  • Holes are drilled on CNC machines rather than by hand, so hole positions match your Gerbers.
  • Silkscreen printing is available for large bulk orders.

Assembly

  • We assemble boards as well as fabricate them, by hand — people, not a pick-and-place line.
  • That suits the sizes and quantities we take on. If your run is large enough that hand assembly stops making sense, we will say so rather than quote it anyway.

How an order runs

  1. 01

    Upload and price it yourself

Your file is measured in your own browser — volume, dimensions, board area — and priced on the spot. STL up to 50 MB, Gerbers up to 30 MB.

  2. 02

    Send the order

Add it to the cart and submit. Nothing is charged at this point — submitting an order is a request, not a payment.

  3. 03

We confirm before anything is made

We check the file is actually manufacturable and confirm the final price and date with you directly. If something in the geometry will not print or fabricate cleanly, you hear about it here — not after.

  4. 04

    Pay, then have it delivered

Transfer by InstaPay or Vodafone Cash and upload the receipt to your account, or pay the courier on arrival. Delivered across Cairo, Giza, Al-Qalyubia.

How we work

One price list, applied to everyone

Every figure on this site comes from a single published rate table. The price you are shown is computed from your file, and it is recalculated on our side before the order is confirmed — so a quote can never drift from what the work actually costs.

Your files stay yours

Uploads go to private storage that only we can open, and they are used for one thing: making your order. We do not publish, resell or reuse a customer design. If you would like a file removed after delivery, ask and it is removed.

We will tell you when not to order

Some parts are better machined than printed. Some boards are cheaper redesigned than fabricated as drawn. If your job is one of those, we would rather say so and keep the customer than take the order and lose them.

Arabic and English, equally

The whole site, including quoting and your order history, works in both languages. Technical terms are given in the form people actually use in the workshop, not translated into something nobody says.
